Who do we think we are?
With a name like "mySmartIT", you would think that we were an IT services company. Far from it. We learned a long time ago that we couldn't be all things to everybody. mySmartIT is a consulting firm that loves what technology can do for business when implemented correctly. However, we know that technology alone will not solve the business challenges of today.
We are in the business of studying processes, understanding what truely works best, and preventing headaches and bottlenecks caused when complex technologies are deployed in processes they shouldn't belong. Why?
"There's got to be a better way!". Frustration from inadequate technology and overcomplicated processes experienced in other capacities prompted our leaders to create mySmartIT. The entrepreneurs envisioned a specialized company that could help clients simplify critical processes involving data without a lot of technical jargon or hoopla while saving them a ton of time researching and testing ill-fitting solutions; someone that understood proven technologies, but had an easy button.
