Smart Advisor

mySmartIT is looking for Smart Advisors, outgoing technical sales professionals that will help potential and existing clients to address technical inquiries, assist with buying decisions and help ensure that expectations are met once decision has been made. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on relationship building, is detail oriented, and has a strong desire to assist others. Will act as a consultant for both technical and business users; customer-centric communication and presentation skills needed. Not a transactional position.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certifications required (VMware, Citrix, Microsoft, EMC, CompTia)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience selling IT solutions within healthcare, government or financial services vertical markets
  • Previous background in a technical customer-oriented position
  • Demonstrate the ability to define customer requirements and exceed their expectations
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in developing a Statement of Work, from a technical and business perspective

Sales Coordinator

mySmartIT is looking for a highly motivated sales-oriented individual to fulfill the duties of Sales Coordinator. This position is responsible for supporting our sales team in attaining revenue targets by researching and qualifying prospective clients,scheduling appointments for sales team, and maintaining detailed knowledge with respect to company, products, programs, service, pricing and industry. Our Sales Coordinators are successful at managing accounts to assure customer satisfaction while developing new relationship.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years customer service or account management experience required, preferably with emphasis in the IT industry.
  • Proven superior professional selling, prospecting, and account management skills
  • Experience utilizing research tools (Hoover's, LexisNexis, etc.) and social media to develop account plans
  • Excellent intrapersonal, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience in using salesforce.com CRM or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Associates degree or higher in Business or Marketing
